As Akihiko rests his chin on his shoulder, Shinjiro merely tilts his head slightly towards him- just a slight incline to rest their temples together, both looking out and away from the dorm. (It's weird, when he thinks about it. If they don't find a way to fix this, then... this might be the closest Aki manages to get to interacting with the rest of the world. It's kind of hard to hide massive, brilliantly-white snake coils, after all.

But-- that thoguht is too real, too uncomfortable. So as always, he shoves it from his mind. Better to avoid and face it later.)

So instead he just folds his arms across his chest, letting out a neutral hum at Akihiko's teasing- but the fact that he hasn't completely shrugged the other man off him is probably encouragement enough to serve as either agreement of complacence.

But that first comment....

Because not that he's been inspecting or anything, but he sure hasn't seen anything on the underside of Akihiko's scaly belly that would indicate one way or the other. (Because that's just- a natural curiosity to have, right? Your friend becomes a snake-man, and you start wondering what happened with his junk. it's totally normal. Nothing weird about it. If their situation was reversed, he's sure Akihiko would...
